Governance

Lee Family Investments is an Australian family office established to steward and invest the assets of the Lee Family to support social initiatives and investment themes that are aligned with the family's values. Lee Family Investments entrusts strategic partners to enable the family to support initiatives and investments that contribute to human flourishing and environmental stewardship.

Family Council

Family members participate in the stewardship and governance of Lee Family Investments to ensure that its activities are consistent with the mission, vision and values of the family. The Family Council is responsible for the appointment of roles and responsibilities associated with collective investments.

Investment Committee

Our Investment Committee is responsible for stewarding the investments of the Lee family and reporting performance to the Family Council. The Investment Committee includes family members entrusted with decision making on the management of the portfolio and trusted advisers who provide wise counsel.
